By awakening the body’s innate wisdom and activating its natural healing processes, Reiki works to restore both physical and emotional well-being. Through gentle hands-on techniques, it clears, energises, and harmonises the body’s many systems, extending its influence into the surrounding energy fields. This practice is grounded in the understanding that life force energy flows through us all—when that energy is low, we can become more vulnerable to stress and illness, but when it is strong and vibrant, we experience greater health, balance, and joy.

The Usui Reiki system is taught in three progressive levels, each designed to give students time to practise the techniques and allow their bodies to integrate the newly activated healing energies.

Each level is offered as a full-day workshop, either one-on-one with Megan or in a small group setting.
Usui Reiki Level I / Practitioner

Usui Reiki Level III / Master Teacher

​Usui Reiki Level III is the final step in your Reiki journey—where you move from dedicated practitioner to inspired teacher. This level invites you to fully live the Reiki principles, master the sacred symbols, and learn to pass on the gift of attunement, guiding others on their own path to healing.
